I must be honest, This drawing is very good. The splatter tool you used made it more than just a picture, but a fabulous work of art. I commend you on how you shaded well and made her eyes glow and shine. A person can really feel the mixed emotions in her look.
The background complimented the type of color you used. White and blue are a great mix when used like you just did. Shades and clouds of blue over white or black.The blue blur around her fur and the white glimmer on her hair makes it better by adding your own small touches to bring out her originality and appearance.
One thing that lets people think, which is a good thing in a drawing, is the expression she has on her face. It lets people judge what she is feeling. Shyness? Love? But the eyes and claws contradict those emotions making a person think it over again. Greed? Apathy?
Overall, The way you drew this was perfect. Couldn't be any better.
